BANY12-HD Bogner New Yorker 12 Watt Head
BANY-C112 Bogner New Yorker 1 x 12 Combo

New Yorker 12 watt Head

New Yorker 1 x 12 Combo

The New Yorker has the style, feel, tone and flavor of small tweed amps from the 50's. The uniquely touch-sensitive and dynamic circuit can deliver clean to overdriven tones effortlessly just by controlling your pick attack. The low filtered power supply gives the amp a very loose feel.
The Class A circuit can be switched between 6 or 12 watts and is powered from a pair of cathode biased 6V6's. The 12 watt setting offers more clean headroom and punch while the 6 watt setting is great for lower volume gigs and studio sessions.
With just a Volume, Tone and 4 position Schizo switch the controls are powerful enough for a wide range of organic tones.
Our Schizo switch offers three tweed inspired and one blackface setting which you won't find in any other tweed type amplifier design. The range of musical tones are:
Position 1 is a simulated blackface attenuation, scooped mids with most clean headroom.
Position 2 is tweed with a flatter tone for a brown twang.
Position 3 is tweed with tamed gain on treble and bass, more definition for humbuckers.
Position 4 is fat pure traditional tweed tone.
The combos are constructed from solid pine and feature a Baltic birch floating speaker baffle board. This floating design, as offered in several vintage classic amps, allows the speaker and pine cabinet to breath and resonant freely. Many players feel that this lively resonance gives the amp a 3-Dimensional openness almost sounding as though reverb had been added to the notes.
All international amplifiers feature high quality components, custom wound transformers, aluminum chassis and our unique black comet tolex with a classic salt & pepper grill.

BATJ-HD Bogner Twin Jet Head

Bogner's TWIN JET was introduced at the 2009 Winter Namm Show and was globally released later that summer. The name TWIN JET refers to having two powerful gain channels on tap versus the more traditional clean and gain channel configuration of our standard Uberschall.
First, here are the main differences with more detailed info explained below.
- Newly voiced clean channel which can deliver semi cleans to hot rodded high gain flavored sounds.
- Additional flexibility added to super high gain channel.
- KT88 power amp section with expanded controls.
- White front panel (original black mirror polished panel available as a special order)
The TWIN JET's new clean channel features the same controls as the standard Uberschall but with an entirely new circuit. You can still dial in clean sounds with single-coil guitars but pure, super clean tones are diminished if using humbucker equipped guitars. This new gain structure now offers you a clean channel that can be dialed in as a second gain channel. While the clean channel's gain does not match the super high gain of the second channel, it will give you the ability to have semi-clean, Plexi, JCM or hot rodded tones. (Note - in November 2009 a revision to the gain control was made to offer a better clean sound.)
The super high gain channel is identical to the standard Uberschall with the exception that the presence control is now in the channel circuit itself, rather than the power amp. The Uberscall's power amp presence control is the same as the Twin Jet's master presence control which affects both channels on the Twin Jet. With these changes the Twin Jet's super high gain channel's presence control becomes an additional tone and feel shaping control.
The power amp section of the TWIN JET features a quartet of KT88's which run on higher plate voltage then the standard Uberschall giving you a raging 150+ watts with more articulation and quick response. Control over the power amp has been expanded via a depth and presence control in addition to the master volume control already found on the standard Uberschall. These controls affect both channels and let you dial in overall low end response and presence.
Bogner's UBERKAB is perfectly matched for the thunderous TWIN JET and UBERSCHALL. This 4x12'' straight front speaker cabinet features a black front speaker grill with silver piping and a combination of front loaded Celestion Vintage 30's and G12T75's wired at 16 ohms. This combination unleashes the aggressiveness of the TWIN JET amp, plus helps to maximize the low end and give great cutting power to the mids and highs. Bogner's standard Bogner 4x12'' cabinet, with Vintage 30's, also sounds great with either the TWIN JET or UBERSCHALL but we wanted to offer a cabinet that was fine tuned for both flame-throwing designs. (Note: prior to January 2009 the Uberkab design was slightly different with speakers being rear mounted and wired at 8 ohms.)

BAUB-HD Bogner Uberschall Head

Uberschall is the German word for Super Sonic and we designed this amp primarily for extreme, heavy and aggressive styles of music. Detuned or baritone guitars crave this amp. Also, be sure to check out the matching Uberkab 4x12 speaker cabinet below.
Two versions are available, the UBERSCHALL with it's traditional clean and super high gain channels and the TWIN JET with a semi clean to hot rod gain and super high gain channel configuration. While the super high gain channels are identical there is more flexibility and control on the TWIN JET as well as a additional controls for the power amp section. See the TWIN JET page for more details.
The UBERSCHALL features a high-headroom, classic clean channel with volume, gain, bass, middle, treble and presence controls. Pound all your pedal effects into this channel, the harder you hit it the more it smiles to show you its fangs. Seems pretty innocent huh? Just wait... we then unleash mayhem with the super aggressive high gain channel with gain, bass, middle, treble, volume and presence controls. You think you've heard BASS before, no way, the UBERSCHALL can crush on demand. Even with extreme gain and volume this channel stays massively focused and resists mushing out from the heaviest right-hand attack. Have some crazy effects? Put them through the tube buffered effects loop. Power comes from a throaty EL34 output section.
Go ahead, try and hide from the UBERSCHALL it will seek you out, relentlessly, while you sleep, in this life and the next... But all will soon embrace the UBERSCHALL and we will wonder how anyone tried to play standard tuning, 7-string or drop tuned guitar without it. Through anarchy comes peace.
